How to get details for contact page of website from buyer

As a website developer, we need contact details including whatsapp number for icon and email and address to be added in website. Then how can we get it from buyer as sharing contact details on fiverr is strictly prohibited.

Yes, sharing personal details is strictly prohibited and against our Guidelines. 

• Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted.

However, please note that if you must do that, please do it within Order Page. You can also inform Customer Support and explain to them what the issue is. 

• Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the Order Page.

• All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on Fiverr's platform.
