I was not given my level 1 badge

I was supposed to receive a level 1 badge yesterday which was 15th, but was not given. Is there any article guiding the issue or I’m I doing something wrong?

Sometimes it can take up to the 17th or 18th. Just wait.

What about your other metrics i.e. Inbox response rate, Inbox response time, Order response rate, On-Time Delivery, Order completion? Anything below 90%?

Check your other metrics. If everything is 90% or above and your overall rating is 4.2 or above , then contact support to fix this.
