Of course….. these guys from Canada mostly work in teams. Sometimes huge teams.
Do you remember seller tanvirif (account created on April 2023)? 
He was leading a team of 100 people (yes hundred). After my feedback, he told me on the forum it was a writing mistake.
He was leading a team of 20 members, not 100. 
Until now, he still has no orders. I wonder how he is paying 20 people? For sure not from his sales on Fiverr.

It's a manual selection process so there are no guarantees that you will become a Top Rated Seller if you meet the criteria. I've met the criteria for almost 4 years but still Level 2.
