Get 4.7 star rating

Is a 4.5 or 4.7-star rating good or bad? please, does anyone know about this thing?

No one is perfect and you also can't please every client. A 4.7 is fine, just like a 4 star or 3.7 star is fine. Most people just check bad reviews because they want to see what problems other people encountered with the seller.

Also, remember that public reviews are just a part of the equation. There are also private reviews, and those can be very different to what a buyer said publicly. Obviously, you can't see those since they are private.
