Verification issues

Hello everyone here. Am a new member on fiverr and am glad to meet and hopefully to know some of you. Please I have a pressing query for some days as per the verification process of my phone number. Each time I enter the verification code sent to my number and click submit, it keep saying "oops... you have not entered 4 digits. Below is the screen shot. Please check your input and try again". Please what can I do in such scenario? Anyone to help please!🙏

Troubleshooting solutions for phone verification

If you're having issues with the phone verification process, try to:

1. Make sure you are using a laptop/PC to verify your phone number.
   This process cannot be completed on a mobile device.
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 
3. Use incognito mode or a different browser.
4. Contact Customer Support.
