Nothing to do. Giving a review is his personal matter, but he should have given a review. There is no harm in giving a review.

I will say this, don't bother the buyer to leave a review.

Fiverr sends them at least 2 reminders to leave a review. If a buyer doesn't leave a review despite being reminded by Fiverr, clearly he doesn't want to leave a review, right?

I understand how painful it can be if you don’t get a review and you are new and waiting for it to be posted. But, do not ask clients for a review. Sometimes, they honestly forget to, and other times they purposely do not leave one if they think it would save you from getting a mere 4 by them. If they had an amazing experience and wanted you to know, then they would do so. If they forgot, Fiverr will remind them, and if they still don’t post anything then leave it be and know it was for the better.

I have same situation, Among two orders, the buyers gave for one order but another has no given his opinions.
