What happens is a Seller doesn't put in an extension but tells me in chat that the story will be 2 days late?

My Seller said something came up and the order was going to be a day or 2 late. I said fine, I don't mind giving 1 extension. He hasn't submitted an extension though and the order says late. Will that order cancel or will it forever be open until I cancel it? I'd like to give him a chance to finish it and I messaged him that he needs to submit an extension but he hasn't responded yet.

Hi @jayden_green - Submit a Help Desk ticket to see if CS can contact your seller on your behalf. They can also advise you on what to do if you still cannot contact your seller. You will have the option to cancel if the order is 24 hours late, but I believe you can keep the order open if you want to.
