I am a graphic designer with a web developer I have created an account with graphic design in fiverr if I want I can create a new account as a web developer on a PC seeking expert advice.

Fiverr only allows you to have one account, so you can't create a new account to offer different services. However, you can create new gigs as a web developer on your existing account. You can have a total of 10 gigs as a Level 1 seller and can also pause some of the design gigs that don't have any orders on them.

I offer services to two types of buyers, so I indicate the category on my gig thumbnail images (either "Career Services" or "Business Support"). You could do the same for your design and web development services.
