Should we use auto reply feature?

Also, will it is good if we are replying to buyer at first using bot?

Yes it is best way to reduce the response rate,

You still have to message the buyer within 24 hours.

Their use is for letting them know that you are not available and will get back to them within a certain time frame.

I am also thinking about this. But I'm using the auto reply and it's good.

It can be catastrophic to your status if you don't reply properly.

Other than that, it is convenient under certain circumstances.

Oh, Thanks to inform. 
I was thinking what should be in auto reply if client send message and auto reply doesn't make sense then there will be negative affect.
like
Client: Hi I have this requirement and are you able to do that?
Me: I'm not available I'll get back to you at this time frame

Don't you think it will create negative affect?

Typically, I am active on Fiverr from 9 am to 7 pm MST. I will be with you soon if you contact me during these hours. If you are messaging me other than these hours, I will contact you as soon as I can on the following day.

it is a good feature but sometime buyers are in hurry so they cant wait they filter the online seller and select the seller to conversate and hire the seller by buyer.
so try to stay online as much as you can according to your time .

it not help you in increasing the response rate as it is also mentioned in many places even when you go fro creating auto-reply there it is also mentioned.

but you can ask for requirements and other details in auto reply it makes a good impression on the buyer that shows you are an active person.

sometimes i use this when i not using fiverr like i have to go anywhere

and when i am available i turn it off
