    You should send a cancellation request through the resolution center and open a ticket with customer support as well.
    Take the time to explain what happened. Ask them whether they can cancel it for you and/or take this off your stats.
    I've only had one cancellation in hundreds of orders. Make sure that your gigs do not invite such clients.
    Is everything clear? Are you working for $5? Take a good look at the situation.

    Dear @sofia2568, this topic has been discussed many many times. Staying online on Fiverr does not guarantee orders.

    Buyer requests are being rolled out. This is probably why you don't see them anymore. They are being replaced by buyer briefs. Turn on that option in the gig settings.
    Other than that, you have to build your profile to be appealing to buyers. Get those reviews in. Utilize social media and local clients.
    And also, avoid cancellations and prevent them with great communication before the order is in.
