How long does it take for Fiverr to ban a spammer?

The user bab2to from Nigeria has sent me the same fake brief 43 times in the past 7 days. I got 8 of these fake briefs in a 4-hour span yesterday alone. They obviously aren't real and I've reported them as spam each and every time.  Please put an end to this!
