Why does my rating is showing 3.0 even though I have 4.7 ratting on my account?

 Are these different ratings? I reply on time and follow all rules yet it is suddenly this low. And only one order has a 4.7 rating out of 6.

One of your orders (the most recent one) has a 3 star rating. If that's the only order that got a review in the last 60 days, that's what the bi-monthly stats will show.
