Can anyone tell me how I should mention the buyer's name at the beginning of the auto-reply message, and how much it would benefit me to do so?

Also important to note that it doesn't count as an actual 'reply', so you'll still need to actually reply to them in a timely manner in order to keep your stats in check.

Someone mentioned about it quite a while ago, maybe it was in beta before and they've now rolled it out to everyone. It doesn't seem very useful to me as it is. You can just enable it or not and
