I changed my phone number and now can't update it because I forgot my security question.



I recently updated my phone number but am unable to update it on my account due to forgotten security question. Despite reaching out to support, they were unable to assist as they only accept the answer to the security question. I've attempted to recall the answer and provided possible options, but to no avail. I am willing to provide identification to verify my account, but support does not accept that method. This issue is impacting my ability to add a payment method for a completed order as the verification code is being sent to my outdated number. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
