If you don’t charge separately for that then it’s already covered by fiverr TOS and your client automatically gets all rights after the order is completed.

he will not receive any documents it’s just covered by TOS that you both signed on fiverr

The products/designs that I provide can be used by the client as per his wish. I will not charge anything separate for their commercial usage of them. I will not claim any copyrights for the product that I sell.
