Completely new would like to learn everything about selling for musicians

Like the title says. I don't' really understand how it works, how to decide what to offer, how gigs or briefs work, or anything like that. I was hoping there would be some good resources I could check out that could give me some good advice, and explain to me the way Fiverr works, specifically for musicians looking to sell on Fiverr.
