I have received message in Fiverr but i cannot reply the message as it is only visible. but in message she asked to message "telegram" by using below name.

Pls help how i can message to telegram by using given name.

these messages are probably a scam and fiverr automatically mark those messages as a spam. these messages always telling contact with telegram. don't even message to these scamars. just report them

They reason you not able to reply the person because the message was automatically marked as spam & their account is suspended.
