  1. Yes, I have already seen that in the official topic. Hopefully, they'll fix that too since most people have this problem in common.
  2. Well, I'm also facing the same issues, and here is what I have observed so far. 1- The new system is taking data from the last 2 years. It's not good for old sellers since Fiver has a lot of data from our gigs. But most new sellers have a better seller score. In my point of view, the time period should be a maximum of 6 months because how can we fix the issues caused in the last two years within a month? Also don't know if Fiver is trying to encourage new sellers since old sellers are already generating good sales. 2- Order cancellations via seller support still affect our seller score. My question is why should we suffer if the buyer has placed an order without reading? Most of the time we reach out to seller support after cancellation because it's the buyer's fault and they assure us that this will not affect our statistics. Just wondering were they lying all the time? 3- Increase your price guys. I don't know about you but for me, most issues are caused by a low-budget gig which I kept as it is for experiment even though Fiverr is asking me to increase its pricing. But if I check the stats of this gig then it is the one that is generating a lot of impressions and sales are good too. The gig where I charge so much has a rating of 9 even though I have cancelled a couple of orders too. So yeah pricing matters in my opinion. 4- One more thing I'm not sure if it's correct or not but I noticed that the gig score is being calculated based on the sales amount while the gig weight is being calculated based on the number of orders. For seller score gig weight matters and If I calculate the average of all my gigs it's above 7 but in reality, I'm getting a seller score of 6.
  3. Well there could be two scenarios If you are offering low-cost gigs like for example 5$,10$, or 20$ then it should not be an issue since you might be getting tons of orders. But for sellers those are charging so much depending on the project and one project might take weeks to complete then it can definitely be an issue. Like for one of my gigs, most of the orders I got were related to custom development and sometimes a project can 2 to 3 weeks. So for me, it's not easy to recover since I may get 2 to 3 orders per month for this gig.
  4. In my point of view, it should be like 6 months. Because people can recover stats for their past 6 months easily or at least they can try. But for 2 years I don't think we might be able to recover easily since sales are not the same throughout the years. But for new sellers it's a great opportunity
  5. Taking 2 years of data to calculate the success score is not fair. I remember that I canceled an order in 2022 and it is the only canceled order for this gig but it still impacts the overall score. If we calculate that way then it may take so much time to recover our stats back. BTW I'm demoted to Level 1 from Level 2 Cheers
  6. SC can guide your accordingly, yes it happens sometime. Nothing to worry about you'll get your refund in 24h to 48h. Regarding "not accepting messages at this time." I assume the buyer has blocked you.
  7. Everyone should get briefs depending on the budget they have set. But I believe Fiverr is awarding most of briefs to TRS or Sellers those are performing well. Previously I was getting like 2-3 briefs per week but got "Fiverr's Choice" badge a few days ago. Now the average count for briefs is 15-20 per day. But most of these are not related to my niche so I have to reject most of time.
  8. ChatGPT is not perfect yet but I assume it'll overtake a large chunk of industry in future. It has a few flaws but using that I have created an app within no time.
  9. They reason you not able to reply the person because the message was automatically marked as spam & their account is suspended.
  10. Have they offered you job outside of Fiverr? If yes it's against Fiverr's TOS & Probably a scam. If they need your services then they can order directly on platform.
  11. If there is an active order then you can share the details on order page so your client can add you for collaboration. I have done that many times but only if there is an active order. I have not received any warnings & it's completely fine to share the email if it's required for an order.
  12. Congratulations, Past couple of months were rough for some sellers because Fiverr has made some changes to the algorithm & we have seen reshuffling of gigs. I hope you'll get more & more orders in upcoming days.
  13. Honestly I don't like their idea of using AI to match people. New sellers might suffer because of that. I know there was a lot of spam in buyer requests but they should adopt the idea from other market places & where sellers need to pay to get extra tokens to reply to the requests. That way they can earn more I believe.
  14. It's normal, You'll get your gigs back in few days but sometimes it can take longer.
  15. It may be asked before but it'll be great to have a quote option available for Fiverr inbox like WhatsApp. Some times you have to give reference from old chat & writing everything again is really a pain. if we'll have quote functionality then we can refer to an old reply easily.
  16. You can check that by going to Orders then select the corresponding order & there you can see order requirement section at top.
  17. Red Alert! You have violated a term connecting buyers or sellers outside of platform is not allowed. I do not understand what kind of security you are talking about. If you are a seller then buyer will pay the full amount before starting the order, Fiverr is managing all orders so if anything goes wrong they’ll help to sort out things.
  18. One of my order is auto completed without buyer review, he is a returning client. I have seen this feature first time because I have started selling recently & I’m Lvl1 seller. But strange thing is that is only showing on gig extra that I offered on an active order, small amount of 30$ is available for early payout but the big amount is not showing this option.
  19. Fiverr will only ask you to review the buyer if he/she has left a review. If the buyer has not left any review which is quite common then you can’t submit your review & it’ll not appear under your profile. Honestly, most of the buyers give reviews but some of them don’t care about it. Only 60% of my completed orders got reviews 😦
