blocked by a buyer

I am a new seller, I just completed 12 orders on fiverr. Today one seller tell me that I am not a good designer after that he blocked me? Even he did not place any order, he was chatting with me in inbox. He needs a design and I can not fulfill his satisfaction. 

My question is: 1. Is he can report me? 2. How can I know that some one reported me? ( I got no mail related with this type)

There is nothing to report.

Maybe your style was not to his liking and on top of that he misbehaved.

The buyer is just the buyer. They are not God.

Don't worry about it. Move on.

You won't receive any email or notice if someone reports you. Anyone can report you, but Fiverr investigates every report, so if you haven't done anything wrong, you will be okay.
