I am a new seller, I just completed 12 orders on fiverr. Today one seller tell me that I am not a good designer after that he blocked me? Even he did not place any order, he was chatting with me in inbox. He needs a design and I can not fulfill his satisfaction. My question is: 1. Is he can report me? 2. How can I know that some one reported me? ( I got no mail related with this type)
