It's very disappointing for seller. try to contact Contact your buyer. ask them to requirement.

haha i was getting frustrated also in my early days visit order you will find there ignore requirements and   send thing he order for complete order if he didn't reply your order gonna complete after a day

Don't start the order now if the buyer started the order.

Wait for a week. If the buyer don't contact to support. At lest your gig does not effected by canceling this order through regulation center.

-        Deliver quality

-        Use competitive prices

-        Good communication

-        Tell no lies (mainly about your language skills, other skills, education, experience, etc.)

-        Promise nothing that is not possible or not completely possible

-        Deliver on time (not just in time, a few days before the deadline is perfect).

-        Let them feel that they are important

-        Etc.
