I suggest to use Promoted Gigs. They are very useful. Yes they cost at the same time, but all good things have a cost.

I think the best way is to be more active than possible on Fiverr. Because when the buyer enters the site, he first searches for active sellers.

I use promoted gigs but still, the same problem
