I would suggest improving your English. Your video in particular has grammar and styling mistakes, and any buyer that speaks English will be detered by that. 

Also, maybe you can start with a much better deal for customers since you have no reviews. 

Also, the video doesn't really have anything to do with your service...

As @donnovan86 said, you have to be able to speak English properly, also there may be no worse profile image than that with a face mask. Immediate turn off.

Your gig video is very basic, I would recommend you to replace the gig video, with an image.

In my opinion I would take a look at the writing, there are several spelling mistakes and some parts that could be improved, especially in the listings. That can affect the positioning and the overall image of your work.

Hi @hamzaamairi63, it was probably the 2.3 star review that you received 4 months ago that caused your impressions t go down, and as a result, less clicks, and orders. It can take a while to recover from a negative private review.

The best way to recover is to get more orders and keep your customers happy - doing so will help improve your visibility in search.

I would also add more portfolio images to all your gigs in the form of a PDF.

Why does my gig keep showing offline even after being online?

Even after making the profile settings online, it goes offline again.

I assume you been online for more than 6 hours? Fiverr already thought of this. So people just afk-ing doesn't show online.
