Greetings,

I've been trying to create my seller profile and I received a message from fiverr that says:

As I am not sure what went wrong, I'd like to as you if somebody has had the same problem as me.
I'm not sure if I should create a new profile now and how I can do that as fiverr won't accept my phone number again if I create a new profile.

I already created a gig, it was published and available to the public and after a few hours it got "Paused" as it shows in the mobile app

and my whole seller profile was put down somehow for whatever reason. They didn't explain in the mail they sent me what went wrong so

i decided to ask you guys of the community here.

I'd be very grateful if you can help me solve this issue.

Hi all, no, I'm not based in Russia and I have nothing to do with Russians, I am from Bulgaria, a 1000-1500 kilometers from Russia so idk what happened.... My country has opened policy against Russia and their doings so I think we Bulgarians should not be affected by that policy of fiverr..... I'm really thrilled that they just randomly closed my profile and I can't provide my service now because of some stupid war my country has nothing to do with.

As I said, I am from Bulgaria, a Bulgarian citizen, not Russian.

Have you tried contacting support@fiverr.com like was suggested? If so, did have they given a reason there?

The first message said "considered your profile and service" - it might be something to do with the service you created. What was the service for (something like programming?)? Did your gig have a full description saying what you'd provide in the gig? Did you take any of Fiverr's tests and if so were there any issues with those? Was your gig okay with Fiverr's rules?

Support should be able to tell you the reason though.

Well, everything was alright from their perspective and my gig was published and it stayed there for a few hours.
I sent them an Email so I expect they can give me more details about what went wrong with my seller profile and if I can
become a seller once again if they can resolve this issue somehow. 😭😭😭😭😭
