Why am i not able to send the file through my laptop?

Why i'm not able to send the file even image through my laptop? When i send anything it shows uploading but it is 100% completed but i don't get send bottom clickable.

Whenever i have to send something file or image i send it using mobile app. Can anybody guide how can i use it using my laptop?

Have you tried doing it in a different browser? 

You can also try to clear your browser cache. It might help.
