Hello there, One of buyer asked for project to complete in just a single day (he told me it's immediate need), I completed that in couple of hours and delivered after two days buyer comes back and tell me that I'm not looking for that whatever you have provided me I need another thing, I asked him why didn't you mention this earlier he told me I was in hurry that's why I din't mentioned this. He asked for refund, but I refused to do so, even I agreed to give him half amount refund. I would have given him full refund, but he asked for the project which I take 2 to 3 days also I worked for him late night. Later he rated me 2.3 stars, but my profile rating is still 5 star, but problem is, After that negative review, my all gigs impression is low. One of my gigs was Fiverr choice and another was eligible for gig promotional, but I lost both of these. My concern is, how can I get back those things? Why Fiverr just listens one buyer negative rating, what about this user who has provided positive feedback? Why Fiverr only cares about buyer, why don't they consider seller efforts?

Impression drop main reason can be, negative private feedback given by your buyer. Private feedback matter a lot in ranking of gigs.

Yes it's scam, Most important you should never start any work before buyer place order on Fiverr. For this, your account might get banned.

I'm facing this too, I thought it might be internet issue but switched multiple device but nothing got changes. Chatting is really becoming so hard. Also, when somebody sends me any file it shows only file not what is attached with that or not, I get it after 5 minutes. Please change this kind of things too, hoping everything will be perfect.

Don't respond to them, just tell them hi and something else and block them with this, your response rate won't affect. They constantly try to scam with new seller. When I was a new seller, I was getting this kind of offer almost every day. Please ignore them.

Yes, changing anything in gig effect. But it's for short term. If you think, you have a great idea about your gig. Go ahead and change.

As I see, your click per impression is excellent but Order isn't, It means you should work on gig description. Please write in discretion about the thing which buyer will receive from you.

Yes, you may ask for videos, It's up to Buyer whether he/she wants to share with you or not. Please tell them if you provide me video dubbing can improve with expression.

As you mentioned earlier you are now level one seller, it mean you have already been next level player. Learn in niche provide better services than other level one seller.

Now you are not playing(competing) with same level player(seller), you have been moved to upper level you should make your self as next level player, learn and make your services more engaging and worthy.

Hello Atin, I do understand your concern, Most buyer get curios after deliver they don't provide enough information at first. I would request you to please contact buyer and tell him i have done everything as per your requirement i will need more money to complete the work from scratch you should have provided me this information in beginning. Tell him hope you understand my effort and time. Don't ask them again $212 ask them like 100 or 150. That's my personal opinion.
