Deactivated Accounts

Hi

 

I just tried to sign in this morning with my regular account, and I got this message

This account is no longer active. We sent you an email explaining what happened.

I checked my inbox and I haven't got any emails with regards to this situation. I did use this account in the past for paying services such as logo, website content and getting quotes of app projects. Do you guys why such thing may happen and how to solve it. Thanks

Because Fiverr finds out that someone has more than one account, which is a violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service. In that case, they might allow one account to stay on Fiverr, or they might disable them all.

Thanks for the explanation. What I found strange is that the account where I made some transaction is no longer active and that I never received any email explaining the situation. I both used google for registering and I am not even sure if the new account used the same name etc.
