yes you can do but only with fiverr business or fiverr select clients, on their chat section you can see little camera icon, fiverr uses zoom to carry out these video meetings.

Yes. You can. But only through fiverr integrated zoom calls. In order to use this feature, the buyer should have the VIP Buyer badge or top buyer. If the buyer do not fall under these two clause, they should place the order. Only then you two can make a fiverr integrated zoom calls to discuss about the project/order.

Yes it is acceptable of virtual meet in fiverr. Zoom and meet is the most preferable platform!
