Promote on social media. Use paid traffic if possible. Try to branding yourself as good as possible. Spread as wide as possible.

The feature is no longer available. Fiverr has removed it.

The buyer requests feature has been replaced with a new feature (new matching feature) whereby sellers get matched to relevant buyers immediately after the buyers have provided their order details.
