Can I offer my gigs free for a limited time?

So I've been off Fiverr for 1 year and just started back my account a couple days ago. I haven't gotten any buyers as yet so I'm thinking of offering my gigs for free for a limited time just to boost the traffic rate and reviews for the evaluation period. However, I've read some of the (old) forum posts saying it's not a wise idea to do so. What about now though? What about doing it in my scenario, and is it against Fiverr's terms of service?

I think there is no any option to offer free gigs in Fiverr.

As well as, if you did jobs for free, you won't be able to have reviews or it does not affect to your order completion rate.

I think best option is sending offers for buyer requests.

So, you can increase the views and clicks which increase the traffic.

As well as, you will be able to get orders if buyer likes your offer.
