If Any person create Fiverr Accounts using any brand name, he/she can face any problem to verify account?

You can put whatever username you want as long as it's not taken and you're not impersonating anyone.

Well, if you choose "Disney" as your username, I guess you might have some difficulties proving that you really are a Disney representative (unless you actually do work for Disney and are chosen to represent them on Fiverr).
