Issues contacting support



Hi, I would appreciate some assistance with my issue please.

I am trying to contact Fiverr support as my order has not arrived and is well over 2 weeks late.

I have paid for the items, and the seller has offered to refundd part of the payment as compensation for late delivery of the items.

However, I have limited choice when I go to the resolution centre, and I do not want to do any of these options. Therefore, I try customer support and I do not want to cancel the order. I click to say I need further support but get taken to a page with loads of options to click on but none of them are relevant, to my needs.

How do I contact, and either message or speak to customer support, to get my part payment reimbursed>
