If links are not allowed how do I show progress of web dev to the user as well as final submission of the website?

Simply the title, I Know only certain links are allowed in Gig description but

• when the buyer wants to see what they're buying the best would be to show a portfolio website so how can I show them that if I cant send them a link of the website?
• Secondly, When In between the client wants to see progress on website and after the project is complete how do I forward the link to the buyer of the final website (I'll be hosting it)?

Its a gray area that I don't understand and how everyone else has been doing it. Please suggest some inputs or suggestions that may help me.

YouTube is one of the allowed domains. You can make use of a video portfolio.

Links are allowed in the order page if required as a part of the delivery process.
