Buyer unavailable; should I submit delivery

The order is probably WAY overdue, meaning if you deliver, you'll get a hit to your stats for delivering late. You should send a request in the resolution center to cancel the order. If the buyer don't respond, you can contact customer support to get help with the order, and they should be able to cancel the order for you.

Keep in mind that cancellation is also a hit to your stats, unless customer support does it for you. So you could reach out to them at support@fiverr.com and ask. Three months is a long time.

Before you take your next move, can you please read some more details

  1. This order available in your dashboard with a INCOMPLETE status or not? or you can say that, Buyer submitted the requirements already or not? If not, then you can keep as it is or contact customer support to cancel the order.
  2. If buyer submitted the requirements and you worked on that and send to your buyer and your buyer seems unavailable then as you worked already so you can initiate the delivery.
  3. If buyer asked for a modification and then seems unavailable, then you can also initiate the delivery.

Logically if you worked on the project exactly according to the requirements, then you can initiate delivery. If you didn't worked yet, then you can keep it as it is (if the status is INCOMPLETE) or you can reach customer support to cancel the order!
