Perhaps is would be helpful to define what you mean by "tool". Are you looking for people who love to work on construction projects? Are you looking for woodworkers? Or does "tool" represent something else?

Perhaps not. But, then again, you're right, no "fans" have commented here, so, either no one is a fan of this rock band, or, they've just never heard of them.

I like Tool. I have only just discovered them through a friend and listened to one album so I'm hardly a super fan. But I know you don't mean a spanner or screwdriver.

Yes. I’ve seen Maynard live with APC in Berlin a few years back, have yet to see Tool live. His voice is something else.
