It does not matter what "we" think. Fiverr has a business model where people can come, browse listings and push a button to get what they want. Imagine how you would feel if you kept trying to buy a Gig only to be rejected? Even if it were for a good reason? I will tell you: that buyer would probably leave the platform never to return.

Fiverr has a method to their madness.

Adding a accept/decline option for orders has already been discussed multiple times on the Forum. I would suggest reading those posts before making one of your own!

BTW, Fiverr is meant to be a quick and easy way for buyers to just go buy what they want, meaning they don't have to contact you first. If you want buyers to contact you before placing an order, just put a little note in your gig description that says "please contact me before placing an order."

The buyer ordered by mistake. I sent a buyer request. And the buyer ordered me without any conversation. Now he sent me a cancellation request.

If Fiverr added a system that The buyer cannot order without the seller's permission. The problem will solve

That's not how Fiverr was designed to work, did you not understand the platform when you joined?  It is "on demand."  If you want to be romanced try www.eharmony.com

Hi @mehedipro, Fiverr is designed to allow buyers to automatically place an order, so please make sure your gigs are set up for you to succeed if that happens. For me, that includes higher prices and longer delivery times.

If you get an auto order without the order requirements, you can either let that order stay in the "incomplete" status until the buyer submits the order requirements or cancel the order. Orders canceled before the order requirements are submitted won't affect your order completion rate.

If you get an auto order submitted with order requirements but the order requirements are blank/have vague answers, it's up to you to clear up those questions as soon as possible. Ask questions until you understand fully what the buyer wants.

  • If you have everything you need, proceed with the order.
  • If the buyer requires more than what they ordered, submit a gig extra to add on the service.
  • If the buyer refuses to pay for the gig extra or mistakenly ordered the wrong gig, the buyer can cancel the order with "ordered by mistake" as the reason so that the cancelation won't affect your seller statistics.
  • If the buyer requires less than what they ordered, you can cancel the order and have them place a new order with the correct price. If you cancel an order and the buyer buys from you within 2 weeks, that order will not negatively affect your order completion rate.

Auto order has created. Is there any rules for removing auto order?

Some time no requirement, auto order then cancel. So please if you have any suggestions share with me.

There are no auto orders, it's always a person who orders your Gig, but you probably mean that someone ordered your Gig without sending a message first and chatting with you, and did not send any requirements.

  • (If someone ordered and did send you what you'd need to do the job that you say you will do in your Gig, then you can't "remove" the order, you can ask the person to cancel via the Resolution Center.)
  • If the order is still in the Incomplete Status, i.e., the buyer did not sent requirements and the clock isn't ticking, you can cancel the order without an impact on your Order Completion Rate, once a week has passed. Or you can remind them to send the requirements, while you're waiting for that week to pass, who knows, maybe they will.

You will find all the rules you might ever need in Fiverr's rule books:
