Fiverr disabled accc temporarily

Hey guys. My friends account was disbaled and he don’t know why. He verify his ID and after that they disabled his account without any explanation. He can’t even contact support. Do anyone have an explanation ?

He could contact them at support@fiverr.com if needed. Maybe there were problems doing the verification or there was some problem found with the account after verification.
