It is difficult to rank a gig if there are a lot of gigs in a category.

Making a gig is like service. In this marketplace there are many sellers available with their particular expertise gigs. So if you want to something better you have to be different from others

Before publishing a gig must keep in mind the following points;

  • Proper research as like low competition keywords for Title, Tags and Gig description.
  • Create SEO friendly and eye-catching images.
  • Share your gig on social media like Twitter, LinkedIn.

Helpful post

What do you think when there are a lot of competitors in a category and most sellers follow the ranking rules of Fiver Gig?

Thanks!

Most sellers probably won't because they prefer to ask people to pray for them in the forum or post the same question thousands of people have asked before.

So that's not likely.

With that said, if most sellers follow the advice, you will have to compete on quality and price.

Not everyone is suited to work in a given niche. I think the world is full of people with no talent, just waiting for their handouts.

So if you're truly talented and good at what you do, you should be able to compete. If not, you're probably doing something wrong.

Besides, gig ranking isn't all about SEO.

What matters most is that your buyers are happy. If you deliver consistently excellent services, making buyers happy, that will help you rank better.

The hidden feedback given at the end of a sale can radically change how visible you are on the platform, meaning buyers who deserve it will rank higher than buyers who don't.

I agree with you too.
