Talking to Buyer Outside Fiverr

Hi there…
My Buyer wants me to talk with me and screen Sharing in Team Viewer app. He needs some help and guideline in some process within the order. Is it okay to use Team viewer? Or It is against the Fiverr TOS?

To my knowledge, any communication that won’t be “registered” on Fiverr is not allowed.

This is to protect you; so that you will always have proof of what was talked about between you and the buyer.

I have understood. But if my service requires some actions to help the buyer on their machine (Such as Screen Sharing to guide him through a process) then how can i sort this out? Isn’t it becoming rigid?

Then ask CS and explain, maybe they will give you authorization given the nature of your work

Team viewer is so far legal if it was mentioned in your gig description or while placing order.
