About Withdrawal method.

Hi, i just created my account and Its not yet 24hrs also. I was trying to add withdrawal method, but when i go to withdrawal page for adding payment method, i see all methods are greyed out and i cant add any options. Any solution for this?

And also is my profile is accepted by fiverr? how do i know? is my profile verified and good to go?

Didnt knew it could be a copyright problem,,,, i just changed those two extra gallery images,,,hope its okay now .
