  1. The client was new. Its his first time order on fiverr and he was like oing the conversations in the chat box. Okay I wont contact CS from my end unless they give me warning. Even if i get warning, will my profile be banned? 😒 Would there be options to defend myself ?

  3. Its frustrating ! So what should i do now? The order has been marked as completed . Should i submit a request to customer support and tell them about it ? What do you suggest?
  4. Hi good peoples! I had to do an zoom meeting with on of my clients yesterday. The reason i had to do it on zoom because i needed to give instructions on the clients pc and its really hard or impossible to instruct just with the chats or screenshot. FYI the order was running. I know sellers can’t communicate with clients outside Fiverr. So i need to will Fiverr take actions against me? Thanks!
  5. You need to contact the FIVERR CS and tell them the issue precisely may be you can add your GIG Link and ScreenShot. They will Fix It
  6. Oh Sorry I forgot to share… Actually In one of my FAQ i had put my Personal Portfolio Website URL. This was the Main Reason Which is against the law here.

  8. Fiverr CS found something in a FAQ on my GIG which is against the Fiverr rules. I changed the FAQ and now Its all good.
  9. I contacted them and told me to do some modification. I did as they said. And Now my gig is ranked in the First Page 🙂

  12. Thank you SIr for your information . I have understood. I need to be more perfect. Since I am a starter here on Fiverr, i got frustrated seeing the Late on the screen. I will deliver him and will say him sorry.
  13. Hi guyz… I am facing a great problem for the first time here in Fiverr. I Had an order (Report/Article Writing) and i delivered that in time (48 hours) . But after the the delivery the buyer requested for a revision (I had put one revision in the Custom order) for some modification. After the revision requested i happily made the modifications and delivered it again within 24 hours the revisions asked. After I delivered the revised report the buyer was like disappeared for over 30 hours. In that mean time I messaged him several times if he checked the report whether everything is okay or not? And now he has come and asked for another revision! (How come he can ask another revision if I had kept the number of revision 1 in the Quote?) Now Fiverr showing Your buyer requested a revision and says "revise your delivery to avoid cancellation" And also on the order page it shows Red colored " L A T E " Now WHAT SHOULD I DO? The buyer seems creepy! And based on the conversation he might be a 3rd party who hired me to get the job done for his client (I am not 100% sure, but an assumption) . If I deliver him again is how Fiverr will treat this? Will it be marked as Late ? Could the buyer give me a negative review??   14. Yes You can. But depends on the type of your order. You may deliver the Simple JPG/PNG/PDF whatever as the final Output (Which Happens in the most cases ) While you may need sometimes to send the project files
  15. Well Well Well… 😃 The problem is solved! Now my gig is appearing on the first page when i search! I contacted the Customer Service and Describe the problem quite well. After almost 5 hours a get a message that i need some modifications in my gig which Fiverr clearly indicates. I immediately made the changes and within 2 hours my gig is now alive ! 😀 I am so happy with the service.
