I want to turn off automatic transaction from payoneer to local bank

Today I transferred money from Fiverr to Payoneer but they got automatically transferred to my bank, I want to keep my payments in Payoneer rather than transferring them to the bank? In short, I want to turn off this auto transaction process from my Payoneer account. Please guide me for this.

Hello, glad you got help with Payoneer support. I was thinking maybe the automatic transaction is better because of reduced minimum withdrawal of 20$.
