  3. Hello crown9, glad to here that you have four gigs and also active. However, alot of factors will have to be taken into account for the success of your gigs. For example, the strength of your gig relative to its surrounding gigs. Does your neighbour’s gig have more rating than yours? Is your gig unique enough to command attention? There are tons of factors that can only be covered in a blog or even a book. Thanks and good luck.

  6. Passed the ticket to the support and they said “Such words are instantly penalized and they will make sure the right action is taken”. I’m hoping they stick to their pledge.

  8. It’s an absurd situation. It’s no wonder some buyers think they can go scot free with insults. Like this kid who writes his phone number deliberately then says that “I am going to report you”. Nowhere in the conversation did I ask for his contacts. Anyway, I laughed it off and took the screenshots.
  9. Did he want you to do an academic assignment on top of being rude? Yes exactly. After politely refusing his task, he responded with insult saying “I’ll make sure your account is blocked”
  10. I had this problem two months ago. It has to do with something in the gig description. Probably delivery time or the manner in which the description is rendered. In my case I had to ommit a few sentences in the description that were sending my customers away.On the same day I got two orders.
  11. Hello, I absolutely don’t know him. His profile suggest that he comes from *****. I know a few people from Pakistan who are well mannered and hard working, but this particular kid has changed my mind from recieving orders from that particular region.   12. What’s more funny is how buyers think that fiverr sellers are in a defenseless position. In fact he is the one threatening that I will be banned. I think this is the true definition of exploitation. Luckily, Nowadays fiverr is active in helping seller wherever possible
  13. Hello colleagues. For a very long time I’ve always thought that most fiverr buyers are well behaved or at least civilised. Turns out it’s not. A buyer from ***** has just called me "a ******! Reason is that I refused to do the assignment he wanted. I’m mind blown to be honest. I’m working my way to share these crazy screenshots so you can see. Mmh!   14. Hello colleagues, I’ve been looking for a clear cut answer about this question and I don’t seem to have success. May I know; If I withdraw from fiverr to my bank account through the help of Payoneer, is the money sent to my online Payoneer account after which I should transfer to my bank account OR will the money simply be flashed from my fiverr account straight to my local bank?
  15. Considering that your a kid and making ends meet to win daily bread, I suggest you use a close relative (mom or dad). Unfortunately, the verification process is mandatory and can lead to temporary limitation of account.
  16. Closed all the tickets? Okay last week I also had somewhat the same problem. I sent the first ticket which took longer than usual. So on the fourth, day I decided to send another ticket. So in total I sent three tickets. To my surprise, they closed all the tickets except for the original one.I decided not to send any more tickets coz I feared of being rude. So finally on the sixth day I got a reply and with serious apology from their end. Here’s how the reply reads: "Hi there, Thank you for being so considerate and waiting for our reply! A lot has been going on in the world and our marketplace and our Support Team is working hard on providing the best possible assistance. The support team has been ramping up to meet our rising demand." So my suggestion is maybe you should send another ticket now that they’ve closed all of them. Perhaps it’s an error from their end.
  17. Don’t know if I’m worth of answering this question but I’m almost hitting level one seller. Regardless, about cancelled order, yes the percentage will be affected until the end of 60days. But looking from my past experience, I don’t think it will affect your gig that much. As long as your five stars stand out, the impact is somehow neutralised. I got three cancelled orders two months ago, but what blew my mind is how my gig ranking was never affected. I concluded that maybe it was because of my five star reviews.
  18. Actually for the last thirty days, I will say there has been a decrease in my orders and sales. I also checked my neighbors gigs and the results are quite the same. Maybe it’s because of economic issues, politics or whatever. But everything will kick off decently quite soon.
  19. A little bit of a discussion over something I’ve been experiencing since I started selling. I was wondering if other sellers also feel skeptical about new buyers who don’t have reviews. From my experience, I’ve faced terrible challenges dealings with some new buyers. Most of these buyers probably lack experience and most of them ended up abusing me while some demand for a refund. In truth, they are often careless in giving the appropriate requirements while some are right off arrogant. Do you ever get skeptical with buyers who don’t have reviews? Let me know your thoughts, thank you 🙂)
  20. Yes it’s normal to encounter such scenarios. Most buyers are often genuinely busy or just held up by some events. I had one buyer who forgot about his order for almost a week then later he came and apologized. Also careful not to spam him with messages, two to three messages is enough. He’ll get back to you.   21. Greetings everyone, so one of clients is really disappointed because he’s unable to accept the custom offers that is sent. He gets the reply that he’s payment can’t be processed. But again he just made a purchase from another gig less than 24 hrs ago and never experienced any trouble. Is this a bug related to my gig or a problem from his end? I’ve sent the query to the fiverr CS it can be helpful to get your opinions. Thanks
  22. So I’ve received an order from a buyer but he has forgotten to leave a description of what he wants. Luckily, the timer has not been started. If I leave the order past delivery time, will I get penalized in any way?
