Ticket System or Customer Support feature for sellers

Hi,

Hope you are doing well. I am a web developer here on Fiverr. Many of my clients contact me for support after the project is completed because you know clients always have questions about websites because they don’t know much about it.

I have a pretty growing customer base here in my profile. But sometimes, I miss some client support requests because there are multiple client support requests at the same time. I know many popular freelancers face this issue more than me. So, it will be better if Fiverr introduces a new Ticket system or Support system for every seller or sellers in specific categories that they can use to create Tickets for client support requests.

Let me know if there is any existing way of creating the tickets.
