@visualstudios yes i know i want to work as a buyer with different freelancers so we can work on my orders . orders will come from my own website

Do you have multiple employees that will be ordering? Fiverr for Business is for that, teams with multiple people ordering on one account. If you will be ordering yourself, you can just use your normal account.
