I recently checked that all of my gigs are going down (the impressions and views). Please guide me on how to bring that back on track.

I would remove this disclaimer, shouted in all caps:

DON’T SEND ANY DIRECT ORDERS. EXACT PRICE WILL DEPEND UPON REQUIREMENTS

It’s a bit too imperative. From the buyer point of view it’s easiest to switch to another seller.

As a buyer, I would read this as “Don’t disturb me ordering directly, wait for my reply and be prepared to pay more, these are not the actual prices”.
