Completion of order rate keeps falling

It’s simple math.
For say if you complete 100 order in last 60 days, and only one cancelled then your ‘completion’ rate will be 99% but if you get only 10 order and one cancelled then completion rate will drop to 90%
The less the order you get the bigger the cancellation affects your completion rate.

The only way to get it back up is to acquire more orders, deliver them on time and avoid any cancellations.

I have completed all my orders on time and only one was cancelled, by mutual agreement. But my completion rate has dropped to 88% and it’s encircled in red which is scary. Can anyone tell me how to get it ack up and how this thing works?

Do not worry . Complete more orders the red circle will be green…
