Keep your eye on the buyer request section and make sure to use them all everyday.

These are new rules for levels, I guess they have stared the new system by the beginning of this year. Previously it was completing 50 orders or something like that If I remember correctly.

It was hard indeed, but once you start you will get many orders in a small amount of time. Then you can level up and increase your prices, so $5 for a month of two is enough to get the ball rolling.
