Just noticed something NEW. After, I sent a message acknowledging a buyer order.
This message was attached!

Anyone else?

This means the message that you sent, was flagged and blocked form being sent, pending an investigation by the Trust & Safety team.

After review, they found the message did not violate the Terms of Services, so, it was approved and delivered to buyer.

It’s not anything new.

It doesn’t even have to be a filtered word, although those get flagged more often. It can be as simple as the words “contact me” or a hyperlink to another seller’s gigs. I’ve had messages flagged for both of those. The reason for the link was that I was trying to refer a buyer to someone else since their request didn’t match what I do. I guess Fiverr is being extra careful now.

Update:
Grr, another order started without the mandatory information due to this 📱 bug. I had a chat with (Eddie) super nice Customer Support representative. Eddie advised that their developers were notified to check on this further. ~fingers crossed~
