Plus seller have no authority to change the review. You are at fault actually. It looks like you are lacking communication skills. Work on it first. You could have handled it better.. You are a Graphic Designer too so use your expertise and create unique gig images for your own gigs. As for Gig Descriptions, do some research on Fiverr regarding your niche and see how other sellers are selling their services via their gig images and gig descriptions (Note: Do not copy them, just observe only)

All gig images are too distracting and why have you used too much text in the images when everything is explained in gig descriptions? You have chosen a highly competitive niche i.e. Organic Social Promotions - 46,569 services available. So you can see that competition is too tough and you need to work on your gigs to make them more stand out among others.

Check Spam Folder then. There might be spam messages there. Reply to them like Hi then Block them if they are really spam messages.

Everything seems fine to me. But your primary gig image of each gig could be improved i.e. remove descriptions from the image as you have already explained it in gig descriptions. Instead of that, add your portfolio in a unique way. That's all.

I already told you that your gig titles are confusing. You need to correct them. Do some research on Fiverr regarding your niche and then work on gig optimization.

Hi too Buyer Requests have been removed from Fiverr. Instead of that, we have Get Briefs feature. Now, you cannot send your proposals to buyers as Fiverr will send you a brief notification if it matches your services. For that, you need to enable Get Briefs from Gigs page and set the price there. How do you know that number of buyers have been increased when you are not getting orders or anything? You are not getting buyers/messages/orders because your gig titles are so confusing. What does it mean? "I will be data entry copy paste web research data scraping" and "I will be b2b lead generation find linkedin lead and email address". With these titles, no one is gonna order your services. Work on your gig gallery i.e. improve gig images (show your portfolio in a creative way) and improve gig descriptions as well.

Well you are at fault actually. Why were you doing work for your buyer without placing an order? Buyer has taken advantage of you for free work. So whenever you do any work without order placement, add watermark to your design/work. Always ask buyers to place an order then proceed to do work for them else no. For now, you can do nothing except talk to him in a polite way. Else refuse to work for him further.

Respond to those fake buyers like Hi.. After that, you can block them. It is better to respond to those spam messages else it will definitely affect your response rate.

Buyer Satisfaction Rate: You cannot know or see it. It's hidden (private feedback). That's what I have said that your buyer satisfaction rate dropped means you have been not performing well. Improve your performance by delivering quality work

May be your buyer satisfaction rate dropped even though you have positive ratings.. And another possibility is that sellers of your same niche are performing better than you. So you can work on gig optimization i.e. improve gig gallery further and present your previous work in a creative way..
